I am a Mentor! – Part 1 - The unique opportunity of Mentoring

This basis workshop on mentoring aims to give an insight into the opportunity of mentoring and motivates you to become a mentor. We will talk about the goals of mentoring and the different roles and expectations in this mentor-mentee partnership. You will learn about the opportunities and the benefits of mentoring for mentors and mentees. You will get information on how to begin a successful mentoring partnership. Additionally, you will receive some helpful tools to make your start as an empowered mentor as easy as possible.
